  • Time-consuming manual processes The entire workflow relied on printed catalogues, physical meetings, and paper-based approvals, that must have been prepared by the sales team days in advance.
  • High administrative burden – The sales team manually tracked customer selections on paper and coordinated offline with suppliers. They also scheduled showroom visits by calling customers individually, avoiding double bookings and managing cancellations.
  • Limited customer experience – Buyers had to make selections under time constraints, and often lacked a seamless way to modify their choices or consult their spouses.
  • Lack of real-time tracking and insights – The management could not monitor selections, track trends, or make data-driven decisions regarding materials for future projects.

SQUARE adopted our solution for digital material selection, seamlessly integrated with Realpad’s Buyer’s Portal. This solution transformed what was once a time-consuming manual process into an efficient, automated workflow that improved both customer experience and internal operations.

    Buyers preferred making their selection in the showroom. The digital interface on the spot provided a clear, organized overview of options, complete with descriptions, images, and pricing—ensuring an intuitive decision-making process. It also offered a modern, paperless presentation of the company, eliminating the hassle of paperwork. If desired, buyers can make selections comfortably from their own homes.
  2. Real-Time Synchronization with Realpad platform
    Once a buyer makes a selection, it’s instantly recorded in Realpad, giving the sales team up-to-date access. With one click, they can generate a summary for the customer to sign, formalizing the order. This summary can be than forwarded automatically to responsible supplier.
  3. Operational Efficiency and Data-Driven Insights
