Starting with a detailed onboarding process. How will it look like?
Three months divided into 12 parts with a main goal set for each week. Kick-off meeting on Monday. Evaluation and feedback on Friday.
Structured individual training and shadowing. Written materials, presentations, video-tutorials and more to guide you along the way.
Once it is done, you will be confident about:
What problem we solve. What are the real estate market specifics.
What solution we offer. Our whole product portfolio. You will be ready to make a product demonstration to potential clients; overcome possible objections and respond to them; and validate that our products fit to the market needs.
Who is our customer. Knowing who operates in your region. Finding the best contact person. Reaching them and identifying the most relevant opportunities.
